Publicity, Jessica Hollinger and Sandy Gibbons
Serves as the liaison between the OOSC membership and several pertinent base programs. Responsible for releasing news of OOSC functions to all news media and for publicizing organization events and fundraisers.
Membership, Laurie Frampton (Co-chair, directory, Michelle Bullock)
Keeps current records of OOSC membership and makes information available to board members when necessary for performance of their duties and publishes the membership directory.
Editor/Webmaster, Frannie Schneider
Responsible for publishing nine issues of the OOSC newsletter and developing and maintaining the OOSC website and social media presence.
Programs, Lauren Woolford and Val Kelley
Plans, arranges, coordinates and introduces the monthly general membership program.
Reservations, Sonya Zoller
Responsible for taking all function reservations, planning seating arrangements and distributing door prizes.
Scholarships, Shauna LeGrande
Responsible for coordinating all procedures necessary to select winners and present awards to applicants competing for OOSC educational scholarships.
Special Activities, Kim Gazaryan
Acts as a liaison between the OOSC board of governors and the points of contact of for each activity group.
Thrift Shop Manager, Susanne Krishna
Responsible for overall operation of the Thrift Shop.

Responsible for raising funds for OOSC charitable funds.
